Collaborate with myThings

myThings™ for MindManager® is a great tool to manage your own tasks, but did you know that it’s also a great tool to work together on projects or other things with your collegues?

All you need is a shared network-drive

myThings™ for MindManager® saves all it’s data in ordinary MindManager Maps which are saved on a drive. When you want to work together on a project, you only need is to change the filefolder for your Projects and that is very easy:

  1. Select the myThings-Tab in MindManager and click on the Options-button in the Product-group

  2. Select the Folders category
  3. Type the path to your network-drive or select it by clicking on the button to the right of the field.
  4. Save the Settings by clicking on OK

This also works with every other Folder you want to share with others on the same network. In the options dialog select the folder you want to share and point at it.
